I got app capture (?) attack on my android phone. It removed all the apps on my screen and I could not retrieve them. I got it through a QR Code Scanner app that I thought was safe. Anyway, I brought it to Tuff Techies and Carolyn was able to fix it and also showed me how to open a QR Code using my phones camera. I am very grateful for the help they provided. P.S. - When your phone goes dead or is infected you will pay whatever it takes to get it back. The price was fair. I would use them again.

I brought my cell phone in a few days ago and Tuff Techies viewed my phone for possible malware. Since my phone was in great shape, the initial diagnostic charge was decreased by $30.00! I had problems with my laptop. Scheduled a in office visit to fix my problems. Jeremy did an outstanding job. He explained and showed me all the work he was doing. The office staff was great and offered me a bottle of water when i came in. I have used Tuff Techies. This is my 5th time using Tuff Techies with the previous 4 being in home visits. Great company!

I had an issue with a green screen in my desktop that I could not resolved. I took my computer in was very pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received. Carolyn greeted me and was very meticulous in taking down my concerns about the computer. Two days later I went to pick my computer up and due to its age, it's time to for me to replace it. I spoke with Bryce who was very knowledgeable and offered for me to shop computers and bring the information to Tuff Techies and they would gladly tell me which computer would suit me better. I am very glad to see how professional the staff is and how much they're willing to extend their knowledge and be helpful. I'm very happy with their services and their prices are very reasonable compared to other services I have received elsewhere. Hope that never changes.

Our internet service was very slow. Jeremy from Tuff Techies came out and ran some tests. It turned out that our Mesh system actually was working, it needed a little reconfiguration. By moving some of the current boxes around we were able to get better and faster service from our current equipment. We were ready to spend over $300 for new equipment. Jeremy was able to save us that money just by rearranging what we already had. He also made sure that all of our devices were correctly connected to our network. Great service and very nice people.

In the middle of several jobs I needed to do on my computer...it appeared to shut down. I let Tuff Techies know I was going to be behind in my work and asked that they look at it as soon as possible (like everyone else!). Thankfully, a few hours later they had found the problem, I was able to pick the computer up and they explained the problem and how to deal with it should it happen again. I was astounded!

Overall experience is favorable, but the truth is, I don't know. I'm not tech savvy. A scammer got inside my PC's and I have confidence Tuff Techies removed the malware they left behind. However, I rarely use my PCs and use my iPad exclusively. For about two days, the iPad showed unusual behavior (no incoming email traffic and whole "sent" folder erased) which TT was unable to diagnose. Since then, the iPad has returned to normal (though missing emails and the "sent " folder was not restored). I can't speak to the PCs because I never use them. My overall impression is that my iOs devices run cleaner and with less trash. I'm confident that TT was instrumental in making this happen.

I called Tuff Techies hoping to get my Starlink working properly. The person Starlink sent out was in too big of a hurry to pay attention or offer suggestions. Kyle of TT was the answer. He found the problem straight away and had a solution and them some. I couldn't be happier with the service and the result, which is a fast internet connection with no lags or constant interruptions. I have always heard good things about Tuff Techies from many friends, and they we right! I took an old laptop in to see if it was savable and after trying dufferent things, Jeremy gave me the bad news. Interesting that the fee for working on it was minimal, but the good news was they had a new out of the box HP laptop. It was very affordable, so I bought it. Jeremy was able to transfer everything from my old laptop, which was critical! He is extremely good with computers, for which I was most grateful! I would highly recommend Tuff Techies!! I would have them fix any technical equipment I have, I trust them!

Bryce came to our house last week to cure a problem between our printer and computers. He cured it, explaining it all the way. He scanned our computers, as well. We discussed whether we should swap out our printer for a new one, and decided to carry on with this one. Bryce's visit was well worth the modest cost of the house call.

Generally good review, but with a couple of ''excepts". When I went to pick up my new computer build, there was no techie there, only the desk lady. I've had several new builds in the same tower case over the years, and from different stores. All of them except Tuff Techies fired up the computer and let see that indeed, it was set up the way I wanted it. Perhaps this is a minor issue, but was a bit taken aback that not one hands-on techie was there to give me the grand tour so to speak, and answer any questions I may have had. The desk lady is very knowledgeable, but I doubt she had the hands-on experience of my custom personal tower. One thing I do appreciate immensely was Tuff Techies didn't try to 'upgrade' any components unnecessarily. I got what I asked for, at competitive prices. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Not sure they did a lot. It wasn't working when I took it in, but started right up when they tried. Go figure. I think an unsolicited update by Windows messed it up temporarily. Tuff techies are not only competent in all areas wherein my company, Macht Communications, Inc. needed them, (1) Network issues, (2) Printer hardware solutions, (3) Information migration, but each of them has proven AVAILABLE. The hourly rates are competitive with other local support agents--actually, a bit lower. And, whereas Geek Squad has increased its fees and made it much more difficult for us to receive support, TT made it easier. In addition to all of that, its functionaries all SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!...the official language of the U.S. These are now our first line of defense.

After having my desktop analyzed by another shop and being told my not being able to access the internet was caused by a failed internet card on the motherboard, Tuff Techies analyzed the issue and found it was simply the need to update that cards driver. So, instead of a $495 motherboard replacement it cost $130 for the analysis and $80 for the driver update. Thank you Tuff Techies!

First time user. I had a FITBIT problem with my phone and watch. I saw their store while driving down Roberts Rd, PV. They closed at 5pm and it was around 4:30pm, when I walked in. Several people were leaving and I was greeted by Bryce. I told him my problem and he asked for my phone and watch. He asked if he could reset what he thought might be the problem. This was something I had no idea about and told him to go ahead. He proceeded and in 15 + - minutes he had both watch and phone working. He wanted to show me what went wrong and I said don't bother, I have no idea what he was telling me. I said I would be back when I needed help again. He was great. Very helpful, personable and fast. I asked TT to come out and troubleshoot my OTA channels....as some were breaking up at various times during the day...and we were not original owners of the house....so I had no idea what our antenna configuration consisted of. Our laptop was slow and the battery was dead. The tech gave us a quote to replace the battery and install a solid state hard drive. Tuff Techies also had an open box laptop that is much newer than the one we had and had many more features including the hard drive and battery at a reasonable cost so we replaced the old one. The tech copied all the info from the old laptop and it was completed in a couple of hours the same day. We appreciate the service and expertise that we received from Tuff Techies.
